China Buffet - On Lancaster Dr NE in Salem, OR
I'm not sure what to say about this place. I went with some friends that bought me lunch. I made a few trips to the buffet and the food was OK. I wouldn't have been surprised if I had got food poisoning, but happily enough, I didn't. Maybe the place was cleaner than I thought. I tried to stick to food that had recently been brought out (a general rule of mine for buffets). The buffet was very inexpensive, which may be the draw for most people. However, I think that Great Wall Buffet in south Salem is a much better Chinese buffet.

Yummy Bowl - On Commercial St SE in Salem, OR
A mix of Chinese and Japanese menu items. I really like the General Tso's a lot. Unfortunately, I didn't like the Yakisoba with Chicken very much. The quality of the dish wasn't bad, I just didn't like the flavor. I think they put honey in it and it didn't work for me. Super great prices, especially on their lunch specials, and the place is really clean.

House Of Louie - In China Town in Portland, OR
This is a really fun place to eat with a group of friends. Order a bunch of different things and everyone in your group can try a little of everything. You will get full but not the kind of full that makes you sick. Split the check between everyone and it's very reasonably priced. I think the food is delicious and the place is reasonably clean from what I can tell. I've been a few times and can't wait to go again.

Taste of Village Chinese - in Troutdale, OR
I was a little nervous when I walked into this place. There is a funky smell inside and the woman that greeted me obviously either did not love her job, or was not having a great day. However, I got my food fast, she refilled my drink before the first one was gone, the food was pretty good, and there was plenty of it. I wouldn’t tell anyone to rush out to eat here, but if you are in Troutdale for some strange reason, and you want some Chinese food, I would say this place is ok.

China Delight - Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy in Portland, OR
This place is awesome, and the food isn’t the only reason. The main guy (maybe the owner) is hilarious and keeps you entertained the whole time. He tells everyone “Welcome Home.”
I had the Honey Walnut Chicken and found it very enjoyable. It’s not cheap (not expensive either), but this is one of those places where you get what you pay for. I would go back. Also, I think I heard a live band in the bar; however, I did not investigate.
