Sawasdee - NW food carts (NW 19th & Quimby) in Portland, OR

A little crop of food carts popped up in a parking lot near my office, and this is one of them. I like Thai food, and this place was no exception. It wasn’t phenomenal, but it was still really good and I will go back. I would go back just because they cooked my tofu “right,” or at least the way I like it. It was reasonably priced (about as much as almost every Portland food cart) and quick. Hit it up if you are in the neighborhood.
